The Pandemic hasn’t been a walk in the park for Valicom. We’ve made adjustments, like many. Companies from every industry have been affected and our clients come from such industries that have been hit hard. We turned any outward focus inward and made sure we were pivoting with our clients.

 Our values are not the only factor that has kept us afloat during the pandemic. Valicom has faced adversity before. The 2008 recession certainly was not an easy time for Valicom, or anyone for that matter. From our experiences in 2008, it made it easier to know what to do in trying times such as 2020. Learning from our past is a solid advantage compared to newer companies in the technology space.

 Lastly, there’s no way we could have made it through this difficult time without the amazing team found at Valicom. We have professionals from telecom analysts to marketing managers who stepped up their game to think outside the box and make the experience for our clients the best it could be. We always say we have the best team on the field (yes, we’re tooting our own horn here!)!

 This healthcare client has a system with over 100 years of experience creatubg fresh approaches to today’s healthcare challenges, including on-going enhancements to maximize resources to provide the best care possible. They came to us with 7 hospitals and over 6,800 staff members.

 Their business challenges included:

  • On-time bill payment

  • Regularly auditing invoices – had too many invoices to keep up with
