The leadership team
Mike Krogman serves as General Manager at Valicom, where he leads the company's overall strategy, operations, and client delivery with a focus on driving sustainable growth and long-term client success. Since stepping into the GM role in January 2025, Mike has continued to build on Valicom's strong foundation by aligning teams, refining processes, and ensuring the organization delivers consistent, high-quality results.
Mike brings more than 25 years of experience in telecom expense management, having started his career at Valicom as an analyst and auditor before advancing into project management and team leadership. He previously served as Vice President of Operations for approximately five years.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys travelling with his family, golfing, and following Wisconsin sports.
Mitch Haag has served as Valicom's Director of Operations since January 2025, where he strives to highlight the company's white-glove approach to client success in the most efficient method. He joined Valicom in 2016 as a telecom analyst, later serving as senior analyst and project manager, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the operational strategies that drive client success.
Mitch is committed to helping each client achieve meaningful telecom optimization through a tailored, strategic approach. He ensures Valicom's project teams are empowered, well-equipped, and focused on each client's unique needs rather than a one-size-fits-all model.
A proud University of Wisconsin-Madison alum, Mitch is also an enthusiastic Packers and Brewers fan.
Victor brings almost 20 years of sales experience to his role as Director of Sales at Valicom, including more than a decade of expertise in telecom expense management and 14 years in the software and SaaS space.
A Milwaukee native and University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee alumnus, Victor joined Valicom over 10 years ago, first serving as Channel Account Manager before advancing to lead the company's sales organization. He oversees a high-performing sales team, drives new business development, and manages Valicom's channel partnerships, helping enterprises take control of their telecom spend through smarter, more strategic solutions.
Prior to Valicom, Victor honed his enterprise sales skills at the world's leading global labeling software firm. Outside the office, he enjoys the outdoors with his wife and two children, staying active, and reading.
