• Identify and track at the line/circuit level
• Tie to location(s) at line/circuit level
• Monitor individual line/circuit contract status
• Keep service dates accurate
• Additional key data points to track:
  • Service types
  • Attributes (monthly recurring charges)
  • Features
  • Purpose
